Concierge adds planning, scheduling, provider coordination and follow-up to your agreed care package. You remain in control of clinical decisions, extra services and spending.

Home care is the starting point for included grooming, suitable veterinary consultations, vaccinations and prescribed sample collection. Clinical suitability and local serviceability matter. Boarding is at an approved facility; some medical procedures need a clinic. These differences are agreed before activation.

Concierge coordination continues for your active membership term: 12 months for Black, 16 months for the Platinum plans. Additional services need a separate approved quote; credits do not become unlimited or renew automatically.

Not yet. Round-the-clock concierge assistance is planned within three months, with a target launch by 26 January 2027. It is not included as an active service today. We will confirm launch, locations and response commitments before it starts. Provider visits and emergency treatment remain subject to availability.

You can compare plans and request a planning call. Online checkout is off. We confirm location, pet suitability, programme allowances, fulfilment terms and the proposal before any membership is activated.

Yes. The care plan is reviewed for the registered dog or cat. Cat coaching and grooming are species-appropriate; dog obedience is not automatically substituted. Your veterinarian decides the appropriate vaccination schedule and clinical care.

The proposed ₹10,000 add-on gives one additional pet the same Care+ service package, except boarding: the existing four-night boarding allowance is shared between both pets, not doubled. The split, each pet’s suitability and insurance eligibility are confirmed in the proposal.

With Care+, you can discuss an optional Black gift membership for ₹5,067 for a pet you love, including a friend’s pet. It is a paid gift, not a free membership. Black’s 12-month term, one-pet scope and eligibility apply. Recipient activation and redemption terms are confirmed before purchase.

Your agreed benefits remain protected. Improvements added to your active plan are extended to existing members during their remaining term. Separately priced services or a move to a higher tier require your approval; there is no automatic charge.
