1. Partner workspace and care records

Email-code sign-in gives access only to the registrant’s own partner workspace. Mobile ownership is not verified by email sign-in. Manual appointments do not create a public marketplace booking. Partners must have appropriate authority and client permission before recording contacts or care details. Only approved clinical profiles may record vaccination administration, within their lawful scope and with the responsible registered vet identified. Client-reported vaccination entries are not independently verified certificates. Linking to an Anist Pet ID requires the pet owner’s access grant. Do not claim that a saved note proves a vaccination, a clinical diagnosis or insurance eligibility.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern use of the Anist website, registration, private profiles and partner applications, operated by Anist Ventures Private Limited. Read them with our Privacy Policy and the notice beside each form. They do not constitute a paid software subscription, employment agreement, veterinary appointment or insurance contract.

3. What is available today

Registration, private profile completion, optional photos, contact choices, Anist Pet IDs and application review are available. Service booking, payments, clinical record exchange, mobile OTP and a complete hospital operating system are not offered by this onboarding release. Native email confirmations are sent when configured and an email is provided; delivery is not guaranteed. Planned features and illustrations are not a promise of availability.

4. Who can apply

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details using contact information you control. A business representative must have authority to act for that business. Do not impersonate another person, claim qualifications you do not hold, submit misleading credentials or provide private information about other applicants or patients.

5. Registration and review

Your contact and location are saved after the first submitted step. Further profile information can be added later through your private access session. Saving a contact is not partner approval. The team may ask for relevant qualifications, permissions or corrections before approving a profile. Approval is subject to service category, location, safety and rollout readiness; we do not guarantee approval or a response date. Keep your application reference and contact support if you need help returning to your profile.

6. Professional responsibilities

Vets must hold applicable registration and practise within their lawful scope. Paravets must observe applicable state permissions and supervision requirements. Boarding, training and grooming businesses remain responsible for lawful facilities, animal welfare, competent staffing and applicable local permissions. Registration does not grant a veterinary licence, certify a facility, establish employment or authorise restricted clinical work.

7. Photos, profiles and directory visibility

Upload only images you own or are authorised to use. Do not upload children’s faces, private documents or client records. You permit Anist to store and process submitted content for onboarding and private profile access. This does not grant permission to use private photos in advertising. Public directory visibility is a separate choice subject to review and can be withdrawn. Generated website visuals are illustrative and do not identify actual approved partners.

8. Communications and privacy

Registration processing, an onboarding callback, optional marketing and optional advertising measurement are explained separately. Declining marketing or Meta measurement does not prevent applying. You can withdraw available choices in My profile, through partner-page Privacy choices, or by emailing internal@anist.in. The Privacy Policy describes information sharing, access, retention and deletion.

9. Fees, earnings and future services

This registration form does not collect payment. Any later subscription, commission, payout, booking or procurement agreement will have its own price and terms before acceptance. Earnings examples are arithmetic scenarios, not forecasts or guaranteed leads, bookings, revenue or profit. No onboarding refund promise applies unless it is stated in a separately accepted, specific paid agreement.

10. Pet IDs, guides and insurance

An Anist Pet ID identifies an animal profile and is not a microchip, verified medical record or insurance policy. Care guides are general education, not diagnosis or a prescription; contact a registered veterinarian for clinical decisions. Insurance discovery and local policy-text analysis are informational, do not issue cover and do not guarantee eligibility, benefits or claims. Third-party products are subject to their own insurer terms.

11. Promotions

Any blood-check-up or pet-insurance launch promotion currently records interest only. Registration does not reserve a guaranteed entitlement, book a test or create insurance cover. Final provider, locations, eligibility, availability, value, dates and redemption conditions must be published before the promotion is activated. Do not make a care or financial decision based on a provisional offer.

12. Safe use and access

Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape private profiles, distribute malware, overload the service or misuse another person’s contact information. Protect your private browser session and log out of shared devices where controls are available. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent access, or remove unlawful content. Contact support to request review of a restriction.

13. Responsibility and statutory rights

Independent providers remain responsible for their services, professional advice and applicable obligations. The website may be interrupted or contain errors; Anist will take reasonable steps to address reported problems. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes consumer remedies or limits applicable privacy rights. Disputes are governed by Indian law and may be brought before a competent court, tribunal or statutory authority; we do not require you to waive those routes.

14. Changes, requests and complaints

Material changes will be reflected in an updated date and notice where appropriate. For onboarding support, a correction, deletion request or complaint, email internal@anist.in with your application reference if available. We aim to acknowledge within seven working days and resolve within 30 days where possible; applicable statutory deadlines take precedence.

Read our Privacy Policy for data and consent details.
