Clinic Partnerships Intern
Build genuine relationships with veterinary clinics and care teams, not just a list of phone numbers.
What you’ll work on
- Map an assigned local area and speak with at least five relevant pet clinics as an initial relationship-building milestone.
- Meet clinic teams, understand their workflows, and record accurate follow-up notes.
- Coordinate introductions and onboarding handoffs without promising bookings or revenue.
What we’re looking for
- Availability for a 1–6 month internship and local field visits.
- Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and respectful outreach.
- Comfort using a simple CRM or spreadsheet.
Our way of working

- Which area would you like to work in, and what SOP would you create or improve?
- What deliverables can you commit to, and by when?
- What results should that work produce, and how would you measure them?
We’ll agree the SOP, responsibilities and KPIs together before you start. We may add responsibilities that connect your work with the team’s other SOPs. Then you own the execution, share progress and bring back the results. Raise blockers early and stand by the commitments you make.
Internship terms: 4–5 hours of work a day. The stipend is discussed individually, up to a maximum of ₹5,000. The final amount, payment schedule and working days are agreed before you start.
