Clinic-facing team members start with five thoughtful clinic relationships in their assigned area. Listen first, follow through, and build trust.

One CV. A few thoughtful answers. Tell us which area of work you want to own and propose your SOP—a practical standard operating procedure for getting that work done.
- Which area would you like to work in, and what SOP would you create or improve?
- What deliverables can you commit to, and by when?
- What results should that work produce, and how would you measure them?
We’ll agree the SOP, responsibilities and KPIs together before you start. We may add responsibilities that connect your work with the team’s other SOPs. Then you own the execution, share progress and bring back the results. Raise blockers early and stand by the commitments you make.
Internship terms: 4–5 hours of work a day. The stipend is discussed individually, up to a maximum of ₹5,000. The final amount, payment schedule and working days are agreed before you start.
If we love your work and you deliver on your commitments, we want to keep building with you. Strong performance can lead to a conversation about a longer-term opportunity; it is not a guaranteed offer.

A few things worth knowing.
Do I need previous pet-care experience?
Not for every role. Relevant work and demonstrated ability matter. We explain specific requirements in each job description.
Are these remote roles?
Work location depends on the role and is confirmed during screening. Clinic-facing positions include local field visits. We do not promise remote work for every role.
Can students in India or abroad apply?
Yes. Students studying in India and international students can apply for internships, freelance briefs and open opportunities. Remote or cross-border arrangements are considered by role, not guaranteed. Local field roles require availability in the assigned city; any engagement must meet applicable work-authorisation and legal requirements. Visa sponsorship and relocation are not promised.
Can I apply for freelance or a short project?
Yes. Submit your proposed deliverables, availability, work samples and preferred arrangement through the freelance route.
What happens after applying?

Add your answers, attach one PDF CV and send it from your email app. We review emailed applications and contact shortlisted applicants.
