Concierge & Care Operations Associate
Keep pet-parent requests moving from first conversation to completed service.
What you’ll work on
- Own care coordination tasks and accurate customer updates.
- Track confirmed bookings, reminders, exceptions and escalations.
- Respect medical, consent and privacy boundaries.
What we’re looking for
- Typically 1.5–3 years in customer operations, hospitality or care coordination.
- Calm judgment, strong organisation and shift coordination.
Our way of working

- Which area would you like to work in, and what SOP would you create or improve?
- What deliverables can you commit to, and by when?
- What results should that work produce, and how would you measure them?
We’ll agree the SOP, responsibilities and KPIs together before you start. We may add responsibilities that connect your work with the team’s other SOPs. Then you own the execution, share progress and bring back the results. Raise blockers early and stand by the commitments you make.
